This DVD works to burn fat at a rapid rate. You will progressively elevate your heart rate into a high-intensity aerobic zone. The workout includes selected multi-joint exercises that target more than one muscle at a time so that your heart rate stays constantly elevated for a 21-minute period.

The Endurance routines use circuit training — a type of training where you perform 8-10 exercises in a row with little or no rest in between. Circuit training has been scientifically proven as one of the best high-intensity training methods burning the most amounts of calories in the least amount of time.
 
Progressive circuits build on the previous circuit while constantly increasing the intensity. In this DVD, we’ll perform each exercise for 60 seconds to achieve a high level of endurance.
